Don’t have a module and extension with the same name
I did this and it worked fine for a while until I started adding more hooks and suddenly I started getting this error.
Error
The following tag has a syntax error:
{todo:top_todo}
Please correct the syntax in your template.
Caused by the system loading the extension when it should have loaded the module.
