Can I re-sell ExpressionEngine?

No. All licenses must be purchased through ExpressionEngine.com. If you are a web developer, you may purchase a copy on behalf of your client and bill them for it. However, you may not present yourself as an official re-seller.

Should you need to transfer a license, please contact sales. License transfers are handled within 2 business days.
