Will future add-ons be included with the purchase of ExpressionEngine?

It depends. You can look at our current software and add-on offerings as a guide.

We’re constantly working to improve ExpressionEngine, and many of those enhancements will come in the form of add-ons that are included with the purchase of ExpressionEngine.

Larger, more specialized modules may be sold separately. For reference, consider our current first-party add-ons that are sold separately: Discussion Forum Module and Multiple Site Manager.
