Pro Network Benefits

Professionals in the network are listed and linked to at various places on ExpressionEngine.com, giving you extra promotion and reach, plus some bragging rights to clients. Each individual listing features the name of the company, a list of services provided, a link to the page of their choosing, email address, and a phone number (optional). Members may be invited to participate in beta tests. Additional promotional opportunities, such as interviews, case studies, and project showcases, will be available.

There is no commission fee for being listed on the Pro Net. Our goal is to present our users with the best Professionals as part of our commitment to helping people succeed on the web.

Requirements

The Pro Network is only available to freelancers and companies engaged in full-time web development.

We encourage all EE Pros, whether full time or part-time, to sign up at Director-ee.com, a site dedicated to connecting EE Pros together.

If you primarily develop websites for clients...

  1. You or your team must have completed at least 7 ExpressionEngine projects. Projects in progress will not be considered.
  2. Your own website must be professionally designed and include an online portfolio of client work. Your site doesn't have to be EE specific but it would be helpful to visitors from the Pro Net listings if you mention that you are a member of the ExpressionEngine Professionals Network.
  3. Your company's website should be more web standards based than not. We do not require 100% validation but looking at the underlying HTML/CSS of your website should reveal a site designed with standards in mind and it should render acceptably in Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari.
  4. Be in good tax standing with the countries you do business in.

If you primarily develop custom add-ons for ExpressionEngine...

  1. You must have released at least three add-ons to the Public (free or commercial).
  2. You must have a professionally designed site that is more standards based than not.
  3. You must have a publicly available support policy for your add-ons.
  4. You must have a clear support method available directly at your site (email and/or forums for example) or use a dedicated 3rd party support method such as Get Satisfaction. A thread on the ExpressionEngine Forums does not count.
  5. You must have a license agreement publicly available for your add-ons.

We reserve the right to deny or revoke membership to the Professional Network for any reason.
