Gridwork is a one-person web design company striving to build beautiful, handcrafted websites for good people and great organizations. Motivated to work on projects in any industry with big ideas, passionate colleagues, freedom to experiment, or amazing content.

Launching is just the beginning. Great web projects must be iterated on over time. Bugs will be found. Typos too. Poor decisions to renege. Do not despair. It’s part of the process. And I’m in it for the long haul.

ExpressionEngine is in the blood of this company. I began using it’s predecessor (pMachine) as an in-house designer in 2002. Quit that job in 2005 to start Gridwork and make sites full-time. Since then, I’ve built close to unique 50 sites, coded hundreds of templates and spent many countless nights learning how to twist and shape it into new forms. I also specialize in interface design and front-end code.
