    Will you help resolve a dispute with a professional in the network?
    • We cannot help resolve any dispute with professionals in the network. We are not affiliated with or in partnership with any of the professionals in the network.

      However, if you have a dispute we would like to know about it. If there are confirmed reports of bad business practices, we will remove the professional from our network listing.

    What is the relationship between EllisLab and the Professionals Network?
    • We provide the Professionals Network as a directory listing service to the EllisLab Community.  We are not partnered with or affiliated with any professional in the network. If you choose to do business with a professional, you are contracting directly with them and not with EllisLab in any way. We are not responsible or liable for the quality of work or service the professionals provide.

      If you encounter an issue with one of the professionals in the network that you feel EllisLab needs to be made aware of, please do let us know.

    • Each professional sets their own rates.

    How do I report an issue with a professional in the network?
    • Please use the contact form on the Sales page to report an issue with a member of the network.

    How do I contact a professional by phone?
    • Each professional sets their own phone policy. Click here to see a list of professionals that accept sales calls. This information is also listed as a “service” provided beneath a professional’s listing.

    Does EllisLab get a commission from the Professionals Network?
    • EllisLab does not receive a commission, referral fee, or any financial compensation from work generated by the Network. We list the professionals as a service to the EllisLab Community, not as a money-making venture.
