Problem: When you view your page, the content from one of your entry fields is surrounded by paragraph (<p> </p>) tags.

Solution: You have the entry field set to “xhtml” formatting.  Among the things that “xhtml” formatting does is make your code valid with paragraph tags.

If you don’t wish to have the paragraph tags then you can choose a different formatting choice (such as “auto <br />” or “none”) for the entry field.  Look under Admin > Custom Weblog Fields, select the Field Group and then the entry field.  You can then change the formatting choice for the field.  You can also choose to have the change apply to only future entries or to all past entries, too.
