Problem: When you go to the Edit tab in the Control Panel and choose the Category drop-down list in the filter options, only “All” and “None” are shown, not any of your specific categories.

Solution: In order to use the category filter, you must first select a weblog.  Select a weblog from the weblog filter drop-down and you’ll then see your associated categories appear in the category filter.
