ExpressionEngine does not have any built-in “export” options.  This isn’t an intentional oversight, but rather simply because the ability isn’t necessary.  Instead, a user can create a Template and then customize the {exp:weblog:entries} tag within that Template to produce virtually any sort of export format desired.
