I’m trying to automatically add a specific tab to users who are set to be an admin. I have an extension running that uses cp_members_member_create hook to make this change when a user is manually added, but what hook can I use for when a super admin sets someone elses account to be a super admin?

tried myaccount_update_preferences and member_update_preferences and they don’t seem to work, although I could be implementing them wrong.
