I’ve attached a graphic that should explain what I’m trying to achieve.

Basically, I’d like for someone to help point me in the right direction in how to tackle this (please ).  I’ve considered weblog entry tags, Solspace’s User Module and the Query module.  All things considered, am I assuming correctly that I’m not going to be able to generate this without a custom query?

If it’s a custom query, can I achieve all four columns with a custom query?  I think column one will be my toughest challenge.
