Thanks, but i want to embed my header, footer and some other themplates from my template group ( {embed=’{template_group}/header’} ) inside the Member-Templates…

There is currently no way to do this. I suggest you find one of the feature requests in that area and add your voice to it.

One other option also is to use Solspace.com’s User Module.  This might give you the flexibility that you are after. =)
