I’m running the latest build (1.6.4) and I got the exact same error message, same situation (only happens when I’m logged in.) I’m not too concerned about it, but either I have something else going on which is causing this error, or the latest build did not fix it.

That is the latest version, not the build (builds are minor changes within a given version release).  You just need to perform a build update and you’ll be good to go.  You can subscribe to the Build forum feed to be notified when new builds are made available.
