I went through the instructions in wiki (which should really be rewritten into step by step instructions, rather than many updates, which makes everything really confusing), but am still getting errors. The editor itself is working absolutely fine, but when I open the image manager and click on Browse I get the following error:
The server didn’t reply with a proper XML data. Please check your configuration.

Did anyone have this and have you managed to solve the problem?

Thanks.

Anton, you posted in “Howto”—which is entirely community-supported—with a somewhat esoteric problem, bumping it on the 4th of July, of all dates. You might want to allow a little more time than close to 24 hours.

As to the wiki: This, too, is a community effort; if you feel that the article could be improved, feel free to contribute to it.

Right! smile 4th of July!

I would love to contribute to the wiki page, but I have to figure it out first.

It’s just that the whole site is ready and the client is extremely pleased. All that is needed is the ability to upload and browse images from within FCKeditor. Such a tiny thing it may seem smile

Thanks for your reply anyway. Will wait. If I do crack it I’ll post the solution here too.

In the meantime, you might want to search this forum. These threads look promising.
