Weird Redraw error on IE7 with Flickr Tools Plugin

Hey everyone,

We’re having trouble on Internet Explorer 7 with EE, the Flickr Tools plugin and possibly jQuery. When you load up the page the flickr div we have appears below its normal position, but when you mouseover, it moves to its correct place. You can view the site here:

...but make sure you’re in IE7. Thank you for you help!
