Hi all,
I’m trying to get my head around how I can create ‘static’ pages.
So far I’ve got a ‘page’ weblog, and a ‘page’ template. I write a new post called ‘About Us’ to the page weblog and access it through ‘domain.com/index.php/site/page/about_us’.
That’s all fine, but when I navigate to ‘domain.com/index.php/site/page/’ I get a list of all the entries. Limiting to one will just pull down the latest post.
Is there any way to decline access to the /page/ weblog without specifying a post (/page/about_us/), Or perhaps redirecting back to the index page?
I hope this make sense, we need to demonstrate this to our client tommorow and I’m starting to panic!
For the record, I do know about the pages module and have had a tinker but the solution I’ve proposed is what the client wants so any advice is greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
