Hey forum!
I just finished my first client site made with ExpressionEngine!

Danmarks Grimmeste Festival (in english Denmarks ugliest music festival) is a Danish indy rock festival and the expression of the design is based on images and emotions from last years ugly festival!

Visit the site at DanmarksGrimmesteFestival.dk.

Except for EE the site use BluePrint and SimpleView

I am not satisfied with the content layout, but the client love it… (you know the story).

Hope you all like it!

Pretty nice.  I know what you mean about not being satisfied with the site.  I do the same thing.  Sometimes you just gotta step back and call it done though.  Or you’ll be at it forever (well, I would be).  I’ve been tweaking my own personal site FOREVER (almost a year...and it’s gone through probably a dozen design changes).

Anyway, nice site.  One (minor?) point is that the overflow-y CSS property doesn’t work in Opera so your content is spilling out.  But other than that...looks good!

Good job.

I know the problem with Opera, do you know what to do to fix it?

You could create a custom scrollbar with some javascript.  Maybe something like fleXcroll?

I thought the Safari bug was fixed.  It works for me at least.

NikLas,

I just wish more of the bands had submitted audio samples. And I feel your pain when it comes down to “the client is always right”.

Look on the bright side. There’s always next years music festival, and it will need a new look.
