I try this to put a photo in lightbox whith the following code: <a href="{thumb}" id="mb1" class="mb" title="foto">{foto}</a>

But this is the output:http://www.mysite.nl/<p><img src=

What do I wrong.

Go to Weblog Administration › Field Groups › Custom Fields.

Find your custom field and change the default text formatting to none (it’s currently XHTML). That should sort it.
