We need to migrate our installation of EE with the Multi-site Manager
to a new server.

The new server is DV on mediatemple
(http://www.mediatemple.net/webhosting/dv/), with Plesk as the control
panel.

All the images, modules and plugins have been moved over but EE and
MSM is not working correctly. We’d be willing to start from scratch if
necessary.
