Hi, I run a community site ( http://www.spillmodding.no ) for norwegians who wish to get into game modding and game development. We have plans for upgrading our site, and my current need is:

- Wiki for tutorials
- Forum for discussion
- Newsletter subscription
- Frontpage for news, articles etc., provided by authors from the community, possibly with port archive.
- Static pages with contact form for norwegian companies to send in job posts (we update the content as they contact us with new jobs)
- Searching through all of the content (news, wiki, forum)

Can EE do this? Also, what license would our site require? We are non-profit (will run competitions with prizes, but we will take no money from this). Will personal suffice? And if we take donations?

If you are non-profit a personal license will cover you.  Straight from the site:

Users of the Personal License may use the Software ONLY on a website engaging in personal, non-commercial, or non-profit activities. One license grants the right to perform ONE installation of the Software. Each additional installation of the Software requires an additional purchased license.”

EE sounds like a great fit for your project and, as Threshold pointed out, a Personal license is just fine.
