Blacklist Module shows new updates

I know it sounds silly but would it be possible for the blacklist module to show any new listing when you download the pmachines blacklist.

I just think it would be nice to get a list of what urls/ip/user agents have been added to the list.

Also a list of what IP’s it removes too ...

I’m familiar with MT Blacklist where it shows you everything it does as you go ... the blacklist in EE just kind of does things and you never know when/if it removed anything, or when/if it updates
