Feature request #1: I would like to create list of recent posts from discussion forum due instructions ”Displaying Recent Forum Topics”. But I appreciate posibility create link directly to recent forum reply, something like this:

I want to ask for feature request about variable {last_post_id}

Feature request #2: Is there possibility create link directly to recent forum reply for “Latest Post Info” on the forum index page? Not only to thread, but directly to the post?

If not, I want ask for feature request about variable working also on index forum page, not only on topic listing page.

I second #1. This really is needed to make the latest posts block useful. We’ve got all these other “last_post” items but not the id necessary to link to it.
