How do we know when/if a feature request is accepted for development? Is it possible to be notified if a requst has been accepted, postponed, or rejected?

Perhaps a running list of things currently in development that is available for reading only with projected release dates. Of course these projected release dates would be soft targets as with anything sometimes it takes longer than expected or occasionally faster.

Just chiming in here:

I can see a running list of requested features. A list of features in development might be chancy. It could possibly tie the developers’ hands too much. There’s always going to be some people who don’t understand what a soft target is, and why.

It would be kind of nice to have an overall running list of what features have been requested, though. (And then when a feature has been implemented, tagged, and released into the wild, mark that down as well.)
