here’s my request list for the EE gallery. some of these things were said before but seem to have been forgotten about. others are available for the weblog module and can hopefully be transplanted into the gallery module. I’ll start with the latter category:

- category url titles: because “http://domain.com/gallery/my_wedding_pics/” beats “http://domain.com/gallery/C134” any day!
- category pagination: this is basic functionality to me and I need it bad.

previously mentioned:
- real batch upload: as in processing pictures in a (remote) directory without having to ok each entry.
- alpha transparancy support for watermarking
- a “sort by” parameter for gallery categories

I’m crossing my fingers for EE2…

You can do category pagination, see the paginate parameter. There’s also a sort parameter a bit lower down the page. =)

both the pagination and the order parameter are only available for gallery entries… I would like to see them added for the gallery categories.

Do you mean paginating the list of categories?  Got it, sorry about the confusion there. =)

uh yeah, I’ve been using a query to sort my gallery categories for a while now. if I had known you were looking for a solution… my request was more of an appear for standard functionality
