Hope this is small enough to be in a build update 
I would love to be able to have the following options when sorting by date in the pulldown:
Last Month (which would show everything for June if I used it today, as opposed to the Last 30 Days which is a lot less helpful)
Last Year (Which would show me all of 2006, as opposed to last 365 days which shows me 6 month of 2006, and 6 months of 2007)
Custom (Where I can set a date range...might be tougher to do I am guessing)
And, to throw it out there again, the official First Party extension for sorting by author is BROKEN. Is doesn’t paginate, which essentially limits it to 150 results. Can we get that fixed?
Last, how’s about something at the top of the Edit page results when you sort that tells you how many results? For example, I pull down Last Month (if it existed) along with an Author name and hit search. At the top if might say “124 results found” or something.
