Like the title says: Is it possible to get the ‘exp:weblog:month_links’ for one or more categories only?

Now my archive gives me by default all the entries of that specific weblog. But I want a monthly archive of only a specific category of that weblog. Is this in one way or another possible? I can’t find it, but if I can publish my universe I should be able to do this too

The archive months tag doesn’t take a category parameter at the moment.  You would need to use a custom query or plugin to do this.  I do encourage you to add it as a feature request in the meantime. =)
