sry for my bad english i´m a german student… and i hope you understand me

ok, to my problem…

i installed the ee core 1.5.2 on my space and load the german langpack into. But after the interlation, in the adminmenu the page is like freezed… i changend the language to german, but all is in english… than i thougt the langpack dont work with the coreversion… after that i want to switch the pagename… but nothing… the name is the same after the interaltion… but the funny thing is, the adminmenu say, that all change what i want, but it have no effect…
on the startsite, you cant click on the buttons. or you can click, but nothing is change…

As far as the language pack is concerned, it doesn’t change your templates. You’d have to do that yourself.

yea - the blogsite work, i change the settings in the adminpannel, an the thing in the index.php to 2…

but the lang didn´t want to change… i thing you explain this in the last sentence, an i google one word, but for me it have no sense. sry…

The language in the backend needs to be set manually to Deutsch. See the enclosed image.

NOTE: I’m using a different theme for the control panel, so it will look a bit different on your end.

i switched the lang in the gerneral settings to german ( deutsch )

but nothing… in the Localization Settings isn´t a dropdown menu to switch the lang

So if you look at the directory structure for your /system/language directory, what do you see?

The folder you need for German is inside the .zip file. You just need the deutsch folder to be uploaded to /system/language.

the ee say, that i use german, but all is in english, when i duplicate the german folder an recal it to “english”, all ist german… but this is not the right way…
