“normal” user unable to view prefs, delete templates, view revision history

The normal user IS set up properly with the templates and IS ABLE to CREATE AND EDIT the templates but is UNABLE to do the following


1. Unable to view “Prefs” for templates
2. Unable to delete templates
3. Unable to view recent revisions for templates

I just know I’ve seen a feature request for this at some point and I believe that one of the team responded, so it’s out there. =)
