Has anyone taken a look?  The application has alot of needed features added.  I think it is good enough to make a switch now.

Man- are we sharing a brain or what?

I just started using it a couple of hours ago.  Because up until then, the closest I came to using an aggregator was my LJ flist.  And since I already use gmail as my primary email, I didn’t even have to create an account or anything.  Just start adding feeds.

Seems pretty sweet.  I need to figure out how to organize things and such- and I’m still not all that sure I’ll check it routinely or anything.  But it was quick and easy to setup and manage.  I’m wondering if I can pull my ‘My Page’ into my site as a feed?  I bet I can- which would be neat.

And yes- blame Paul for me finally breaking down and getting a reader setup.

Hmm… not sure about that one… maybe.  Are you thinking about girls in bikinis, beer, pizza and playing video games right now?  If you are that would be creepy.  Please let me know because I will have to start watching my thoughts.

The reader is very cool.  I cannot believe you guys don’t use them regularly though one reason might be because all the other readers out there suck.  For all the web 2.0 craziness out there, feed readers are one area that I have yet to see anyone get right.  I think Google took a big step in that direction though.

You can organize your feeds with labels just like your email and you can star the entries you want to save.  I am not sure about putting the feeds on your site.  I would rather blog the ones that interest me because I read quite a few threads.  I would have thousands of entries on my site.

If you ever find yourself wasting time by aimlessly wandering the internet checking for all the sites that you like to read regularly (like me) then you need a reader.  There is always that “one more site” that you can think of that you have not checked in a while.
