World Weather plugin not refreshing

I’m using the world weather plugin, which was working fine until a week ago. It has stopped refreshing (set for every 120 minutes) and displays the weather as at 19th June. http://thaicapital.com/index.php

Try clearing your caches.  FTP to your site and remove everything from /system/caches/ and while you’re in there, might as well double check that the permissions for that folder are 777,

I tried clearing the cache both via FTP and via my control panel, but still no luck. The plugin is still stuck on 19th June. Any ideas welcome!
