Load TinyMCE on demand?

I installed TinyMCE and I think it is very useful extension.
One question:
Is it possible to make TinyMCE load “on demand” basis, something like here, usage example here?

Sometimes it would be helpful to have opportunity to insert plain HTML without having Tinymce formatting it.
