The ExpressionEngine $15,000 Website Shootout was a resounding success with over 180 websites submitted for critique by our panel of world-class judges.

Sites from each of the three license categories (Commercial, Personal, and Core) were judged on innovation, excellence of design, usability, and content.

The first place winner for each category was:
- AIGA Richmond by Philip Hertzler (Commercial)
- Veerle�s blog by Veerle Pieters (Personal)
- BananaBits by Louis Lopez (Core)
