Premium support?

Just tossing the idea around - maybe a little premium support wouldn’t be a bad idea?  A small subscription fee (per support request or time period or something) and then customers could email support.

Why?  Some people just don’t like making public posts on forums.  I know a couple of other EE users and they don’t use the product how they want (I help them when I can) and they simply do not want to make public posts (for whatever reasons).

I think it’d be a good idea.  I’d personally still take most issues here, but wouldn’t mind paying a fee for some private help.

Anyway, just a suggestion.

Look at the professional network and talk to the poeple in the forums that have the tech support sigs.  I know Lisa is very helpful and would probably help for a small fee.
