I want to use ee to create a blog community on the site as a feature for the users.  What I’m trying to accomplish is this:

I want to have a page on the site that aggregates the blogs from the members. 

I want the home page to have a section that is similar to a “MOST RECENT” in a forum but the links actually come from the blog page. 

Any idea how I can get ee to do this?
