Looks good!

The only issue I noticed offhand was that the button for the search form at the top is wrapping around to the next line.  This causes it to overlap (or underlap, actually) the “Startseite” link.

Viewed in Firefox on OS X.

Thanks Chris.

Thanks for your Feedback.

Do you think that shortening the search field would solve that problem (It was testes in Win only with IE6, Firefox 1 and Opera 6)?

Just a tip: Firefox renders equally across plaforms. Only text is another matter. OS X can give fonts a bit more kerning (spacing) to allow the typeface to render better. I’m not sure if this is the issue here.

Anyway… nice build nonetheless. The simple site structure works.

Thanks for the feedback. I did reduce the field size. Does it work now?

Thanks.

Just as an FYI, Firefox does *not* render equally across platforms.  I know this because I develop side-by-side on XP and OSX and there have been definite instances where the firefoxes showed *differently* for the same site.

I’ve seen IE5.5 render differently on the same platform but on different OS’es (Win98, Win2000). Erroneous possibly, but I used the word ‘equally’ in a relative sense as in the English language also renders “equally” across nations wink Things may shift here and there but there are no major differences that I’m aware of. I do know that broken / faulty code can give unexpected and differing results across platforms / browsers which makes testing and debugging a bit of a pain.
