that i did this summer (design + EE) before baby #3 was born. 
1. http://www.azroadrunners.org - FF matrix + nGen file field indispensable here for the results & race pages
2. http://www.thewaterisopen.com - still rough in parts and i NEED to get the content manager comfortable publishing in EE. he still prefers the WYSIWYG tool of blogger’s publishing. so he publishes there and then copies & pastes into EE. ggrrr. not happy with that.
3. http://www.fireclaytile.com - working on a few things still of course. the video section turned out pretty slick for displaying their youtube vids
