no plugin menu?

Hi there!

I am running EE 1.2.1. I just went to my admin control panel, and clicked on “plugin manager,” and the page went blank, and there was nothing there. I assume this isn’t normal…?

(lol)

I attempted this because I just tried to post a moblog entry (picture from my phone) which I had set up with my older install of EE (1.2, I believe) and it had worked fine then, but didn’t now…

Thoughts? I know, this is a weird one.
