I have weblog1 using a different permalink than weblog2.

If my search results pull in entries from two different weblogs, is there a conditional process I can use so that if a result is from a particular weblog it will use the correct path?

You can set the “Search Results URL” setting for each weblog under Admin > Weblog Management.
