Is the gallery module what I’m looking for?

Hi guys,

Is it possible to print thumbnails of images from a category of a gallery on ANOTHER website (using the MSM for all sites)?

So, if Website A has a gallery with categories “Cat 1” and “Cat 2”, can I create a static page (using the pages module) on Website B and, using {tags}, show thumbnails from Cat 1 of the gallery on Website A?

Hi, Martin -

The gallery is not MSM aware. The same galleries are available to all Sites.

Thanks Lisa! Good to know.

Is it possible though to use tags like:

{exp:gallery:entries  gallery="vacation"  category="2" orderby="date"  columns="4"  rows="2" }
content
{/exp:gallery:entries} 

in a pages module static page that is _not_ part of the gallery template group?

You can’t use those in a Static Template type, but you can use t hem in other templates. The gallery template group is just made for convenience to help you get started.
