I have a post.

The URL is…

http://www. ... .com/index.php/weblog/this-is-a-test/

When I click on “comments”, it tries to go here:

http://www. ... .com/index.php/weblog/comments/this-is-a-test/

It says, “The page cannot be displayed”.

When I go into the template serction, a template is there. But when I click on “view” or “view rendered template” I get the same error.

Thx!

Did you try turning on force query strings in admin -> output preferences? (lower right, not sure if that’s exact wording).

I just did a complete delete and re-install.

I have a virgin blog (I haven’t touched anything) and the comment error is happening still!

I can set up a login for support if someone is willing to poke around in my site…

Any resolution to this yet?  I am sort of having the same problem, only the comments page for me just comes up blank (no errors.)

RockFogers was having a huge problem with the server he was on, there was no resolution other than moving hosts.

But, generally, turning on admin -> output preferences -> force query strings should fix your problem.

Sgailleach1, I tried EVERYTHING (even that “force query strings” thing) and then installed it on one of my other sites just to see if I was installing something wrong or if there was something goofy with the first server.

I fired it up and it worked right away. So I moved servers.
