Im looking to use ee on a project where the client has a requirement to add questionnaire style forms (multiple choice) on a regular basis, without any technical knowledge.

Is there a feature or addon which allows adding forms through an admin interface rather than hand coding?

Sorry for the delayed response in getting an answer to you. Normally we answer pre-sales threads same day. I’m not aware of an EE-specific addon that does what you are asking for, though I know there have been some rumblings of a 3rd party solution. What you might do is consider using EE for your CMS and using a 3rd party service like Wufoo to handle your surveys.
