Add a `comment_id` Parameter to Comment:Entries?

Is there anyway we could get a `comment_id=` parameter added into the Comment:Entries tag? It’d be especially helpful if you wanted to highlight a single comment. I was thinking of using comments as a testimonial system, and when one popped out that was especially complimentary I could just enter that ID into the path.php and have it show up apart from all the other comments on a page.

So, what do you think?

Great idea. Is there a solution for this? I would like to use it for pagination using ajax technology.
