Hi guys,

Could you help me out here… I’ve uploaded my photos to my batch directory and can view them when I click on the “Batch Entries” tab. When I click on the “Submt this entry” button, however, I get forwarded to a blank page and the photo does not get submitted to the gallery either.

what could I be doing wrong?

With a blank screen, I’m suspecting php memory errors.  That being said, can you please answer the following questions:

a.)  What version/build of EE are you running?

b.)  When you click Submit, does your browser spin for a while, then give you the blank page?

c.)  How big are the files you are trying to process?

d.)  Can you look at:  CP Home ›  Admin ›  Utilities ›  PHP Info, and let us know what your value for “memory_limit” is?

a) Thanks for your response. I have EE version 1.6.4
b) When I click submit, the browser DOES spin for a while before giving me the blank page
c) The image files range in size from about 300k to 1.2Mb
d) The memory_limit for PHP on my server is 8M.

Just increased the memory_limit attribute in my php.ini to 16MB and the batch inserts are now working
