Upgrade Issue

Just had a successful upgrade from 1.6.3 to 1.6.4 with the exception of this one issue:

When I choose Admin/Utilities/Extension Mgr, nothing comes up.

Any ideas?

Did it work before? This upgrade doesn’t even modify the database. Tr re-uploading your files (like you were doing a build update.)
