When coding an EE site what are the top 10 tags, you go to after setting up the templates in customizing the newly created websites? Given that you’ve already setup the weblogs, categories and relationships.

Not sure I follow, what exactly do you mean, top 10 tags? I mean, obviously it depends on what you want your template to do, wouldn’t it? Well, the weblog:entries tag is in almost all of my templates, for obvious reasons. The rest depends.
