So, I’ve spent a bit of time customizing the Member Profile profile_theme.php to swap how a few of the fields are displayed. 

I noticed that the My Account page in the Control Panel does not reflect these changes. 

So, the question is ... how do I make the same html adjustments to the CP My Account (Profile) page?

Anyone?

What do you mean by, “...swap how a few of the fields are displayed.”  Did you make CSS changes?  Are your members going to login to your Control Panel as well to modify their accounts?  Did you add custom fields?

Your Member Profile theme and the Control Panel’s account profile are similar, but not interdependent.

I’ve heavily customized the CSS of the Member Profile Theme as well as adjusted the layout of the HTML.

No problem locating the correct files and understanding (basically) how they work.

By swap a few fields, all I mean is reorganizing the HTML table to display the information in slightly different order.  Primarily, moving the {custom_fields} tag UP in the html so the custom fields relate to the information better.

Again, no problem making this adjustment to the Member Profile Theme.  I want to make the same adjustment to the Control Panel page as well because, yes, approved members will have access to a section of the CP.

I just can’t locate the CP theme files.

Ah - well, you’re going to have to do some EE hacking then (which isn’t supported).  A simple version update will wipe out all of your efforts.  There isnt a theme file for that section of the control panel.

But you do have other choices.  You could either; 1.) hack the control panel “myaccount” source files, DANGER! 2.) or Create an SAEF for your approved members to do what they need to do, so they have defacto access to your control panel functions. 3.) Do nothing and wait for EE 2.0 to come out, because I think it has some additional account functionality.  Not 100% sure though.

Scratch the EE 2.0 comment.  That doesnt appear to be the case from the EE 2.0 preview.

Bugger.  I’ll just leave it as is. 

Looks like crap, but I’m not touching the myaccount source files. I took one look and scratched any thoughts of adjusting the code.
