This question may be related to a resolved thread.

As in the above, I’m upgrading from 1.5.2 to 1.6 (and onwards after of course) and got the following:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: ini() in system_path/updates/ud_160.php on line 515

If that other thread is right, then I just need to delete all my update files and reupload them… testing…

Hmm, I had to actually copy all of the new update.php code and paste it into the update.php page’s code. Now it’s updating…

Sounds like some kind of file corruption.  Glad the cut/paste worked, but just deleting and replacing w/fresh copies should have as well.

But in general- we good to close this on out?
