I’d like to do the same thing PM is doing in the profile pages here in the forum. i.e.,
http://www.pmachine.com/members/profile_view_ind.php?id=18531
...with the list of the member’s recent comments.  I heard a rumor this can’t be done out of the box in EE.

Sounds like more of a module to me…which I believe is something that is now possible since the API has been released.

Actually it’s probably something that should be built right into members module. does it do this already? there’s no real documentation for the member profile templates are there?

I know the plugin API documentation was created, but I hadn’t seen anything released on module API documentation.  Did something escape me?

Is it possible to show comments in public member profiles?

From above it’s either “a rumor,” “sounds like more of a module,” or “something that should be built in.”

I’ve been searching the manual for info on the member registration/profile templates today as well but I’m left blank.

Lynda,

It seemed from the front page that it was ready and all you needed to do was send them an email and they would get you the information for the module API.  Perhaps I am wrong.

(The Module API documentation is being worked on, but it’s not ready yet.)

I figured that since I sent out an email and haven’t gotten anything back yet.

Hi again… anybody know if this is possible yet in 1.1?  Even better would be to place a link to “show all comments by this user” similar to “show all posts…”.  I feel like it’s right under my nose and I just can’t figure it out.
