That’s a nice site with really lean code, well done.

out of interest, I note you’ve got a lot of unordered lists within the main content..

have you opted for a wysiwyg, markdown, do you have an amazing client that can type html cleanly, or some other magic trick?!?!

We implement a WYSIWYG editor in EE for all of our clients, in this case TinyMCE. The only magic is making the content easy for non-technical people to edit.
