Control panel doesn’t take modifications

Hello,
A little trouble with my control panel as admin. Some fields aren’t taken in count for modification.

For example: System Preferences\Control Panel Settings\Default XML Language.
When I change the language (for example to French), when I update, the field is still “English”.

Other parts of course don’t accept changes. Any idea ?

Your config.php does not have the proper permissions. Set the file permissions to 666.
